How to get the package?

 If more than 15% of the contact emails in your "Most Suitable Global Buyer List" are not valid (specifically meaning your emails are automatically rejected, or the email address is confirmed to be invalid), we will correct the problem as soon as possible. We will provide you with a new, usable buyer list and corresponding initial communication emails within 2 working days (excluding the day the issue is reported). Ways of correction may include finding valid contact emails for the same buyer, or providing more matching buyers along with contact information and corresponding initial communication emails.

  Although such cases are rare, if after communication and verification, it is clear that your issues cannot be well resolved, we sincerely accept your refund request, as bringing value to your cross-border business is our utmost goal. We will refund via the same payment channel to the same account you made the payment, within 10 working days of your refund request (in case of any unexpected circumstances that may cause a refund delay, please be assured that we will protect your rights and keep you posted with progress).
